Our handmade Sachertorte approx. 300g is filled with nougat cream and apricot jam and coated with fine dark chocolate. The cake is approx. 12cm in diameter and comes in an elegant metal tin 18x14cm with the inscription pour la Madame & pour le Monsieur.
